Professionally inspected and approved in-house here at the Localtime Spa, here we have a nice example of a rare single-crown ALSI Compressor watch with a silver/blue dial in excellent vintage condition.
The larger solid stainless steel EPSA case measures 37mm [39mm with the cross-hatched crown]. The original silver/blue, hands and indices create a gorgeous combination with the seconds’ sub-counter at 6h. The original plexi-glass has been nicely polished and shows no discolouration. The manual-wind Unitas Cal. 6325 [also known as ‘Wehrmachtswerk’ or ‘army movement’] is a wonderful movement, and is ticking away happily [this particular one is also gilted]. The watch comes on a handmade genuine croc strap and Localtime buckle that we think fit the watch very well. You can see many of these straps and buckles in our eBay store by searching for ‘crocodile’ or under eBay item number 400842595307 for more variations of the buckles. We have made many photos of the watch, including some closeup snapshots we took just for fun.
As with all the watches we inspect and approve in-house here at Localtime, we offer a written 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. Feel free to contact us for whatever questions you might have.
