Rare Vintage Russian Soviet POLJOT Sturmanskie Purple Chronograph Watch Cal. 3133

I have to admit that I do not know a lot about these watches so my description is based on others that I have seen listed. The case measures in at 39mm or 45mm when counting the crowns at 9h and 3h) and has been lightly cleaned (not polished). It’s 45mm L2L and 14.25mm thick.  I have not seen any of these currently listed that has a deep purple dial like this one so I do not know if this is a case of a rare colour dial or a colour hue developed with age. Note that there is a scratch at 4pm on the plexi that I did not manage to clean out so you will have to get a new plexi for it if it bothers you. It will clear up nicely with a new plexi and you might take the opportunity while changing the plexi to clean up the dial a little bit too as I see some microscopic pieces of lint/dust.

I have fitted this watch with one of my own pilot-style riveted straps that suits it quite nicely. I have included many photos of the watch, including some close-up macro snapshots.
