With no question, Italy was the ‘mother’ of diving watches in the 1960’s – 1970’s. This is a nice new old stock example of a PREMIER [Elena Branduini] 200m diving watch from the 1970’s, with blue/grey bullseye dial. The stainless steel case measures 36.50mm [or 40.25mm with the oversize screw-down crown at 3h] and still has the original sticker on the caseback. So many beautiful details on the dial that, with the rotating diver bezel create a gorgeous combination. The ETA Cal. 2472 with date is a wonderful movement, and is ticking away happily. The watch comes on one of our own high quality TAN calf leather strap handmade to our specs in Italy, that we think fits the watch very well. You can see more variations of these beautiful straps in our eBay store under eBay item number 401105271426 and we have also included a photo of all the available colours at the end of this listing. The watch has been serviced in-house here at our Localtime Spa and runs very well. We have made many photos of the watch including some close-up shots we took just for fun. As with all the watches we service in-house at Localtime, this too comes with a 6-month written warrantee from date of purchase. Please contact us for any questions you might have.
