A classic EPSA super compressor by RECO [Frey & Co. SA, Swiss] from March 1964 that has been professionally and fully serviced by Localtime.
It is in honest/authentic condition throughout and ready to proudly wear or join your collection. The 36mm [40mm counting either of the two large cross-hatched crowns] stainless steel case is in unpolished condition and has only been lightly cleaned. It houses an automatic ETA Cal. 2472 with date at 3h. All parts of this watch are its original parts, excluding the plexi glass that was replaced by a new, correct one. The black gilt dial is stunning. I have made many photos, including some closeup snapshots, just for fun, and also some from the service bench. This lovely watch is fitted with a same-period black rubber re-pro Tropic strap.
As with all the watches that I handle here at Localtime, the BIN price includes a written 6-month written warrantee from the date of purchase. Feel free to contact me for whatever questions you might have.
Extra: Try my Localtime tropic-style straps! Let’s face it, we all wish we could use the vintage, original type, but they are nowhere to be found anymore. If you do find them, they are very expensive or dry and stiff if they were not properly kept all these years. Not to mention the fact that 22 & 24mm are really rare as hen teeth. I have found these straps to be a good alternative to the vintage tropic straps and very comfortable. They come in 4 sizes [18-20-22-24mm] and with 2 smooth, floating keepers. The straps themselves are black and have a nice tropic pattern on them. Their length is 85mm on the buckle end [including the steel buckle] and 120mm on the tail end; so not short but not too long either. I include a pair of good quality speed pins too. You can see them on the photo here and they can be purchased separately from my eBay store under eBay item number 132475721565.
