A classic example of a vintage chronograph watch with military provenance, this smart-looking CLEBAR has been professionally restored and fully serviced in our Spa. It was given to PHC [Public Health Command] Becknell of NARTU [Naval Air Reserve Training Unit] Alameda/CA in May of 1963 for his retirement, by the unit’s Chief Petty Officer [CPO]. Then the home of the A4 Skyhawks and right in the middle of the Vietnam War, you can see it resting on a NOS patch of the Naval Base, which we will include with the watch. Please scroll down the listing for many photos, including some snapshots from the restoration and some closeup snapshots we took, just for fun. This lovely chronograph is fitted with a handmade genuine croc strap in black and a matching high quality buckle, both by Localtime. As with all the watches we service here at Localtime, it will arrive to you with a written 6-month warrantee from the date of purchase. Feel free to contact us for whatever questions you might have.
