From the 1960’s a stunning HEMA (Henri Maurer SA) 20ATU diver chronograph that has been professionally inspected in-house here at the Localtime Spa.
The large Aquastar-style stainless steel case has not been polished, houses a Landeron Cal. 149 and measures in at 38mm or 41.50mm including the screw-in crown. This bi-compax tachymeter/telemeter chronograph has a diver’s elapsed time bezel. The reverse panda ‘Ra’ dial and hands are stunning. It is wearing one of my own premium calf leather grand-prix straps in black, with white stitching. These straps can also be purchased separately from eBay item number 132466207005. I have included many photos, including some closeup snapshots I took just for fun, but also to allow you to enjoy the lovely details of this fine timepiece.
As with all the watches I inspect in-house here at the Localtime Spa, the BIN price includes a written 3-month written warrantee from the date of purchase. Feel free to contact me for whatever questions you might have.
Extra: Try my Grand-Prix straps! I have found these straps to be very comfortable and a great match especially for sporty or chronograph watches. They come in 4 sizes (18-20-22-24mm) and 6 leather & stitch colour combinations (black & orange, black & red, black & white, blue & white, brown & white and tan & white). The straps have 3 ‘racing’ holes on each side. Their length is 85mm on the buckle end (including the steel buckle) and 115mm on the tail end; so not short but not too long either. They have one stable keeper and one floating keeper. These straps can also be purchased separately from my store. Feel free to contact me for whatever questions you might have.
