From the 1940’s a stunning, rare and authentic DOXA [Swiss] chronograph that has been professionally inspected in-house here at the Localtime Spa.
The large solid stainless steel case has not been polished, houses a Valjoux Cal. 22 and measures in at 38.15mm or 40mm including the correct original crown. Serial number #4506658 places its production in the early 1940’s. The black gilt dial is stunning with a very nice contrasting gold colour printing and gold hands. Also nice is the dark grey telemeter ring and large-eye sub-dials. It is wearing a 19mm vintage pig skin black leather strap that accentuates its age nicely. I have made many photos, including some closeup snapshots I took just for fun and and also to give you the opportunity to enjoy the lovely details.
As with all the watches I inspect in-house here at the Localtime Spa, the BIN price includes a written 3-month written warrantee from the date of purchase. Feel free to contact me for whatever questions you might have.
